This project involved the complete renovation of two bathrooms within a 100-year-old home, requiring careful planning and craftsmanship to honor the character of the original structure while delivering the comfort and functionality of modern living. Working within the constraints of an older home meant addressing existing framing, plumbing, and structural conditions that often differed from today's building standards.
Our team thoughtfully reconfigured each space, making strategic updates to improve flow, maximize functionality, and bring our client's vision to life. Every detail was selected to create a timeless and relaxing retreat, blending modern amenities with design elements that complement the home's historic charm.
Through close collaboration with the homeowner, we transformed two outdated bathrooms into beautiful, spa-inspired spaces that feel both luxurious and authentic to the home's character. In the heart of Rattan Creek, we completely transformed a traditional dining room into a functional mother-in-law suite while converting the adjacent powder room into a fully ADA-compliant hall bath. This comprehensive renovation also included replacing the flooring, baseboards, and casings on the first floor, followed by a fresh coat of paint to unify the new look. The result is an accessible, stylish, and welcoming living space that seamlessly blends modern convenience with the home’s existing charm—all expertly designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s homeowners.

Victor Stahl rd- Bath Conversion

Conversion of an existing laundry room into a functional hallway and bedroom-access bathroom. We reworked the layout to create a more practical flow, adding a new entry from the bedroom for direct access. Existing cabinetry was reused and integrated into the new design to maintain continuity while maximizing storage. The result is a seamless transition that adds both value and usability to the home.

This custom new construction home was thoughtfully designed to blend modern architecture with the natural beauty of its wooded surroundings. Full primary bathroom remodel designed to create a high-end, spa-like experience. This space features heated floors throughout and a custom steam shower for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The shower walls were built using full slab countertop material, creating a seamless and dramatic stone look. Every detail was thoughtfully selected to bring together functionality, durability, and a refined finish.

A small but impactful upgrade involved adding custom floating shelves and a solid white oak mantel. These new elements not only increase storage but also enhance the space with warm, natural tones and an artisanal touch.

After an HVAC leak damaged the living room, dining room, and kitchen in a Hays Wartha neighborhood home, each area was carefully restored. Walls, flooring, and finishes were repaired or replaced, then refreshed with modern design elements to brighten and enhance functionality.
